How long does it take to process a custom engraving order?
Most custom engraving orders are processed and ready for shipment within 3 to 5 business days. This ensures our craftsmen have the time to provide a high-quality, precise finish on every pen.

Can I return a personalized or engraved item?
Due to the permanent nature of the customization, personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by our engraving team. Non-engraved items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Are your pens authentic brand-name products?
Yes, Dayspring Pens is an authorized dealer for all the brands we carry, including Cross, Parker, and Waterman. Every pen comes in its original gift box and includes the manufacturer's mechanical warranty.
