Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Dayspring Pens, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for most items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that custom-engraved or personalized pens are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect or an error in the personalization.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack the item in its original gift box and shipping packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our returns department using a trackable carrier.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
